• Swim: .3 mile out and back from Public Boat Launch

• Bike: 7.66 mile Around Summit Lake

         From Boat Launch: Rt on Summit Lake shore Rd NW

         Rt at Stop sign, Loop around lake and back to Community Center 

• Run:  3 mile from Community Center

          Run on Summit Lake Rd NW

          Left Summit Lake Cut off to cone and Back

Registration

• Waiver will be emailed after registration and must be complete before participating by ALL participants (can also sign at packet pick up)

• 7:30-8:30 am- Summit Lake Community Center

• Bike or shuttle to boat launch after check in (No parking at Public Boat launch)

• Last shuttle to the boat launch is at 8:30 am

Start

• 9:00 am Individual participants- Summit Lake Boat Launch

Information

• Individual and Team participants will need a dropped off or will bike to the boat launch for triathlon start.

• For Teams - All swimmers and bikers will set up at the boat launch.

• Each athlete participating in the bike portion will need to supply their own bicycle and helmet.

• No cars will be allowed to park at the boat launch so please arrange your transportation crew to assist in the drop off and return to the Summit Lake Community Center to park.

• Numbered bike racks will be at the boat launch and the community center. Participants will drop all running gear at your numbered bike rack. Volunteer crews will be bringing items left at the boat launch bike racks to the community center. LEAVE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LEFT OR LOST ITEMS.

• We welcome all spectators to walk or shuttle between the boat launch and Community Center and on the path of the triathlon to enjoy the athletes who are competing at YOUR OWN RISK.

• The FINISH LINE will be well marked and a crowd will be there to cheer you on! We are using color coded bibs to determine placement this year. Reminder if you are wanting your very most accurate time to please wear your own watch or timing device. THIS IS NOT A OFFICIALLY TIMED EVENT

• The Top 3 finishers in each category (Male, Female, Team) will be awarded.

• Each participant will receive a swag bag with tshirt, swag and entry bracelet to the all day Sally Strong event at the community center.

• We are working on setting up a VIP Athlete “Lounge” so you can freshen up before joining us for the rest of the Sally Strong events!
